CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
At Brisbane Canine Coaching, we value your time and ours, so we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session.
• Cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice: Clients may reschedule their session for another date and time at no additional cost. If a refund is explicitly requested, it will be provided minus a small administrative fee of $20.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice: Unfortunately, cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will not be refunded. However, the session can be rescheduled for another date and time.
• Weather-related disruptions: If a session is prevented due to weather conditions, it will be rescheduled for a mutually convenient time at no additional cost.
